Can I return or exchange my order?

Absolutely, simply email info@ashleighnewburnspt.com.au to start a return or an exchange.

⭐ Must be returned to us within 30 days

⭐ Products must be unopened and in the original packaging

⭐ Gift cards and digital products are not eligble for returns or exchanges

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Once we receive your order, returns or exchanges will be processed within a couple of days.

Are delivery charges refundable?

Unfotuntely no. Delivery charges for returns or exchanges are not covered by Ashleigh Newburn.

What happens if the product is faulty?

We want you to be as happy as possible with your order and offer a 30 day warranty for all dog accessories (excludes excessive wear and tear or rough play). If you find that your product is fauly please contact our customer service team and we will organise the next steps for you.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days, however delivery is dependent on your location. Please visit www.austpost.com.au for full shipping info.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! International shipping rates are dependant on your location which you can check on the shopping cart page. Please note that customs and duties are not covered by Ashleigh Newburn.

How can I track my order status?

Every order you make will recieve a tracking number which you can use to see the status of your package. 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or Parcel Locker?

Yes, Nobu Dog does ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers.

What can I do if my package is damaged?

In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged, contact our customer service team and we will arrange an immediate exchange.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Please contact our customer service team and we will chase it up for you.

We use Australia post to ship all our orders.
